Program Update

A Note About Extracurricular Classes for the 2026–2027 School Year

As we prepare for the upcoming school year in our new facility, we want to share an important update regarding extracurricular classes.

Because the new facility does not include a gym, sports area, or dedicated activity space, we will need to pause our extracurricular classes for this school year. This includes programs that require open movement, indoor sports space, or additional room beyond the regular classroom environment.

We know extracurricular classes have been a valued part of the school experience for many families, and this was not a decision made lightly. However, with the limitations of the new space, we want to make sure all programs offered on-site can be delivered safely, comfortably, and in a way that supports the students’ learning environment.

What This Means for Families

For the 2026–2027 school year, extracurricular classes will not be offered as part of our regular school programming.

Families who have already registered and paid for extracurricular classes will receive a full refund. Please allow us some time to process and mail refund checks. We appreciate your patience and understanding as we work through the transition and logistics.

This pause allows us to focus fully on a smooth transition into the new facility while maintaining the quality, safety, and structure of our core school programs.

Families should plan for extracurricular classes to be unavailable this school year. If future options become available, we will share updates with families directly and post information on this page and the weekly newsletter.

Why the Program Is Paused

Our new facility provides classroom space for our academic programs, but it does not have the gym or sports space needed for many extracurricular activities.

Rather than offering a limited or compromised version of the program, we believe it is best to pause extracurricular classes for now and revisit options when we have a space solution that better supports these activities.

What Is Not Changing

While extracurricular classes are paused, our main school programs and classroom instruction will continue as planned.

Our focus remains on providing a supportive, structured, and engaging learning environment for students throughout the school year.

Looking Ahead

We understand that families value enrichment opportunities, and we will continue to explore what may be possible in the future.

Thank you for your understanding and support as we transition into our new facility.
