退學申請政策與流程
提交退學申請
如需退學,家長須以電子郵件方式向學校行政單位提出書面申請,電子郵件請寄至 。申請內容須包含學生姓名、班級名稱及退學原因。申請確認
學校行政單位將於 7 個工作天內,以電子郵件方式確認收到退學申請。
退費政策
如符合退費資格,退費金額將依退學日期及學校既定退費標準辦理。退費僅適用於已繳清全年學費之學生。經核准後,退款將於確認退學後 14 個工作天內完成處理。
歸還學校物品
學生退學確認後,所有學校教材與設備, 包括課本及器材, 須於5個工作天內完整且保持良好狀況歸還至學校。所有物品歸還完成後,方可辦理退費。
退學後相關規定
學生正式完成退學後,將不再享有任何與課程相關之資源或權益,包括:作業、課程教材、榮譽卡兌換,以及獎項或相關活動之參與資格。
最終確認
當所有必要程序完成後,包括歸還學校物品及完成退款作業,退學流程即正式完成。
Withdrawal Policy and Procedure
Submission of Withdrawal Request
To withdraw from a class, a written request must be submitted by email to the school administration at ncschoolphone@gmail.com. The request should include the student’s name, class name, and reason for withdrawal.
Acknowledgment of Receipt
The school administration will acknowledge receipt of the withdrawal request via email within 7 business days.
Refund Policy
Any eligible refund will be calculated based on the student’s withdrawal date and according to the school’s official refund policy. Refunds are available only to students who have paid the full annual tuition. Approved refunds will be processed within 14 business days after the withdrawal request has been confirmed.
Return of School Materials
All school materials, including books and equipment, must be returned to the school office in good condition within 5 business days after the withdrawal is confirmed. All items must be returned before any refund can be processed.
Post-Withdrawal Policy
Once a student has officially withdrawn, they will no longer have access to class-related resources or benefits, including: homework assignments, class materials, honor card exchanges and participation in awards or related activities.
Final Confirmation
Once all required procedures have been completed, including the return of school materials and the processing of any applicable refund, the withdrawal process will be considered officially complete.
